The 6ph Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applies to all Users regardless of nationality. 6ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where the User cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.
By registering on 6ph, you represent and warrant that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from any territory where such activity is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.
To access real-money features of the 6ph Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each User may maintain only one Account on 6ph at any time. If 6ph determines that a User has opened or is operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — 6ph reserves the right to close all such Accounts and forfeit any associated Balances, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals without notice.
6ph is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Users may be requested to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 6ph login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 6ph will never request your password through email, SMS, social media, or any channel other than the official login screen at 6ph.bio.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6ph immediately at [email protected]. 6ph is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. In the event that your registered mobile number or email address changes, you must update your Account details promptly. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 6ph Account.
6ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 6ph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion.
The minimum deposit amount on 6ph is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger enhanced KYC requirements in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times for e-wallet withdrawals are typically within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
6ph is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. 6ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending AML investigations.

All content on the 6ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of 6ph or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the 6ph Platform without the express prior written consent of 6ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 6ph and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
6ph's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits 6ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

6ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) non-compliance with KYC requirements; (d) PAGCOR directive; or (e) 6ph's operational decision to cease services in a particular jurisdiction.
Upon Account closure for reasons not attributable to User misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the last used payment method, net of any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 6ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division or referred to the appropriate Philippine courts.
The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English. Users waive any right to participate in any class action proceedings against 6ph.
6ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform or registered contact information at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the 6ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
