I forgot my 6ph password. What do I do?
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen. You'll be prompted to enter your registered mobile number or email address. A one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your phone via SMS. Enter the OTP to reset your password. The process takes under 2 minutes.
My 6ph account has been locked. How do I unlock it?
Multiple failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account as a security measure. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again. If the lock persists, contact 6ph support at [email protected] with your registered mobile number and account username.
Can I have more than one 6ph account?
No. PAGCOR regulations require that each player maintain only one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. Use a single account and keep your login credentials safe.
Is the 6ph login page safe? Is my data protected?
Yes. The 6ph platform uses SSL/TLS encryption on all connections. Your login credentials and personal data are never transmitted in plain text. 6ph's data handling practices comply with Philippine data privacy laws under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Do I need to verify my age when logging in?
Age verification (21+) is completed once during account registration, not on every login. However, 6ph may request re-verification of identity documents if unusual account activity is detected or during periodic PAGCOR compliance checks. This protects both you and the platform.
